Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms cover the Genesis Virtual Team website (genvt.com), our application forms, and GVT OS, the platform operated by Genesis Virtual Team (“GVT”, “we”, “us”). GVT OS is used by our staff, Virtual Professionals, partners and, through the client portal, by our clients. It is not a public product: access is by invitation only.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site and submit an application or enquiry. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to give. We may decline or remove any application at our discretion.
3. GVT OS accounts
- You may use GVT OS only if GVT or your organisation has given you an account.
- Your login is personal. Do not share it. Keep your password private and turn on multi-factor authentication when asked.
- Tell your administrator immediately if you think your account has been used by someone else.
4. Acceptable use
Use GVT OS only for GVT work. Do not:
- access records you have no work reason to see, or export data for use outside GVT;
- send messages, emails or campaigns that are misleading, unlawful, or breach anti-spam law (including the Australian Spam Act 2003 and the Philippine Data Privacy Act 2012);
- enter false timesheet, leave, activity or financial information;
- upload malware, or probe, overload or interfere with the platform;
- connect a Google account you are not entitled to use.
Breaches may lead to suspended access and, for staff, action under your employment or contractor agreement.
5. Connected Google accounts
If you connect Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar or Meet, you authorise GVT OS to read and, where the feature requires it, send on your behalf, strictly for GVT work such as client email, meeting notes and scheduling. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.
6. Client, candidate and lead data
Information about clients, candidates and prospects in GVT OS belongs to GVT and is confidential. Handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and your confidentiality obligations. Do not delete lead or client records; mark them inactive instead so history is preserved.
7. Automated features
GVT OS includes automated and AI-assisted features (drafted emails, summaries, scheduling, reminders). They can be wrong. You are responsible for anything you send or approve.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features at any time and cannot promise the platform will always be available. We will try to give notice of changes that affect your day-to-day work.
9. Ownership
GVT OS, its design and its data belong to GVT. You have a personal, revocable right to use it for your work while you have an account. Website content is ours or used with permission.
10. Liability
The website and GVT OS are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GVT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Ending access
Your GVT OS access ends when your engagement with GVT ends, when your organisation removes you, or if you breach these terms. We keep or delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
