How to Participate

Referral Process To refer a new candidate to GVT:

  • Step 1: Access the official referral form here: GVT Referral Form

  • Step 2: Fill out the required details regarding the candidate and the position.

  • Step 3: Ensure the candidate is aware of the referral for screening.

Lead must result in a confirmed new client or project.

Notes: For Referrals, points are cumulative per referral. Full retention milestone (90 days) must be met for the 400 pts to be confirmed.

Must agree to join a GVT Community campaign feature AND share the content to your personal feed to boost visibility.
Community Engagement (Organizer)

Taking the lead in starting/organizing an activity (e.g., Coffee Date, Game Group, Run Group) Must fill out the "Order/Proposal Form" to officially register/indicate the event. (TBA)
Community Engagement (Participant)
10 pts
Joining and attending an organized community event. Attendance must be verified by the event Organizer.

Eligibility & Rules

  • Referrer must be an active GVT subcontractor when the points are issued.
  • Referrals must pass standard screening and compliance checks (background checks where required).
  • HR validates milestones (30-day, 90-day) before awarding points.
  • HR may withhold or revoke points for fraudulent or non-compliant referrals.
  • Program data held under GVT confidentiality & data rules. See Code of Conduct & Service Standards for behavior eligibility.
